This is a gorgeous mint green vintage biscuit tin which dates approximately from the late fifties to early sixties when Huntley Palmer became Associated Biscuits

The tin is part of a limited number 1355/1726
Side marked ‘Design inspired by Josiah Wedgwood & Sons Ltd’

Featuring an embossed neoclassical border on the lid & Grecian figures surrounding the diameter; gowned women, cherubs, birds & urns

Original biscuit label is still affixed to the bottom illustrating the ‘Assorted Fancy Biscuits’ this tin once contained!

Would make great storage for sewing / notions / ribbon… crafts!

In good vintage condition, as found; with wear & some finish blemishes commensurate with age & use
